Shipping

We deliver your product to the address you specified when ordering. You can no longer change the address if we have already sent the package. PostNL, DHL, Fedex or DPD takes care of the distribution. When the package is sent, you will receive a track & trace link by email, please follow the link carefully for updates. 

Stationery

We do our best to deliver orders for stationery within 7 workings days (within Europe).

Wallpaper

Wallpaper products are produced on-demand.

Delivery time within the Netherlands: 5-7 working days (murals, circles and pattern wallpaper). For customized wallpaper it is around 10 working days (we create a digital preview within 3 working days, once approved delivery time is 5-7 working days).

Delivery time within Europe is around 10 working days (murals, circles and pattern wallpaper). For customized wallpaper it is around 14 working days (we create a digital preview within 3 working days, once approved delivery time is 10 working days).

If the order is delayed, we will inform you by email. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after the confirmation of the order is received. If this is unsuccessful, you can request (a) a re-imbursement of the amount you have paid for the product immediately, or (b) to send a replacement product (of equal value).

Returns

Returns: greeting cards, notebooks and planner

You may always return the product within 14 days after you have received it.You can do this with the return form or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

After you have received confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. When we have received the product and the product is in original condition and in the original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price within 5 working days.

The shipping costs for the returns are for your account. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care.

He will only unpack or use the product to the extent that is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a store.

Returns: wallpaper

  1. After permission and in consultation with Creative Lab Amsterdam, the Customer can return (part of) an order. Creative Lab Amsterdam will inform the Customer of the procedure to be followed.
  2. The Customer takes care of the return shipment at its own expense and risk.
  3. After receiving a return shipment, Creative Lab Amsterdam will immediately check the returned Products and refund the purchase amount within 7 days if the Products:
  4. have not been used;
  5. have not been damaged; and
  6. still in the original packaging.
  7. Reselling, hiring or otherwise using or giving the Products the right to return expires.
  8. Customized wallpaper cannot be returned.
