The price of the ordered products are displayed in our webshop. You can pay with different payment option. The delivery costs will be charged for orders up till €50, for orders about €50 we will not charge any delivery costs.

Stationery:
Yes, these products can always be returned within 14 days. You can use the return form or you can send an e-mail to [email protected] After you received a confirmation of us, the product needs to be send within 14 days. The product needs to be in its original state including undamaged packing material. It this is the case, we will refund you the full amount within 5 working days. 

The delivery costs of the return shipping will be paid by the sender, unless it concerns damage products or a product with a printing error.

A mural is wallpaper with a standard design and sizes.We have murals in 4 different sizes: 100cm, 200cm, 300cm or 400cm width, the height is always 280cm. Do you have a wall with different sizes or you have a sloping wall or windows/ furniture against a wall? Then you can choose for customised wallpaper.
 
By choosing customised wallpaper you can create the perfect wallpaper for your wall. In the design we can put elements in different places so that it will fit perfectly. So if there is a sloping wall, a bed standing against the wall, a cupboard or a radiator, we can always adjust the design accordingly so you don't lose out any important elements. Please take note that the wallpaper is always laid out and printed square, the parts you don't need can be cut off by yourself. When you order you put in the measurements of the widest and highest point of the wall. 

Yes, you always receive a digital proof via e-mail. It is very important that you check the measurements and the specifics on this digital proof. After approval we will start producing the wallpaper.

You will always receive a digital proof in your e-mail before we start printing the wallpaper. We don't start designing the wallpaper before ordering and paying in our webshop. I case that you don't like the digital proof and you don't approve with it, we will pay back your order amount without the design costs. The once of design cost always needs to be paid.

No we don't supply wallpaper glue. 

For the custom, murals and wallpaper on rol you always need to use non woven wallpaper glue (for example of the brand Perfax). For the bathroom wallpaper you need to use Vescom 3000.

The wall must be smooth and even, so without structure and any gaps must be well sealed. We recommend wallpapering on a white wall, this prevents stains / colors from showing through with light-colored wallpaper patterns. The wall must be pretreated so that the glue does not get absorbed into the wall. If the wall is painted with primer, then this will be enough. 

​Yes, read the wallpapering instructions that come with the wallpaper or on our website via this link. We can also put you in contact with wall paperers, this option is possible during the order process.  

We can put you in contact with professional wallpaperers. They are very experienced and work throughout the Netherlands. For questions regarding their costs and planning, we are not able to help you since it is a third party. If you want to get in contact with them you can fill that in in the order process.

You have to choose one leading design, it is not possible to combine two designs. You can let us know if you want more elements in the chosen design and/or you can take a maximum of two elements out of a different design to add to the chose design. All these wishes you can let us know in the comment box in your order. 

Yes, if things are not right in the measurements you can change them per email. If you want to change the design with certain elements, to move them, change them, you can do that one time.

In the design we will take the sloping wall into account by not placing any crucial elements on that part of the wall. We like to receive, after the order is made, a sketch with the measurements of the sloping wall from you. This information can be send to the following wallpaper: [email protected] Please be aware that the wallpaper is always laid out and printed in square, so you have to cut off the sloping part yourself.  

For a sloping wall you always order the highest and widest point of the wall. The wallpaper is always laid out and printed square. For the designer it is good to know where the sloping wall starts, so she can adjust the design. You can send a sketch to [email protected] 

No, it is not a problem, we can consider these elements in our design by not placing any crucial elements where you have furniture or windows in the room. We need a sketch of the room including the elements in it with their measurements so we can design around it.   

Of corse that is possible! You order the card you like and we will start with the mock up. Eventually we will finish the card together. Once you gave birth you share the last details with us like date of birth, name and possible weight. We will finalise the card with the last details and after your approval we will send the card to the printer. 

The delivery time is 7 working days after approval of the final card with the last details.

Yes but only animals and/of elements from other birth announcement card designs (not from wallpaper designs)

These products can not be returned unless there is manufacturing damage, a printing error or damage due to transport. The wallpaper products are produced on - demand. If you want to know how the colors look and what kind of material we use, you can order a sample via our website. Does the wallpaper have a printing error, please contact us via [email protected] and share photos with the problem, then we can sort it out as soon as possible. We always ask for photos so we can take a better judgement on what is wrong. When you see transport damage; always take photos before opening the parcel , so we have evidence for our transport company. Without any photos we cannot take the complaint into consideration. 
 
Birth announcement cards:
Birth announcement cards are produced on demand and only printed after approval of the customer and can therefore not be returned, unless it is a printing error. In that case, please contact us on [email protected] and share some photos of the complained so we can sort it out as soon as possible.

We will check what size you ordered and what size the wallpaper has. If we conclude that we made a mistake we will send new wallpaper to you. If we learn that the wrong size has been ordered, we cannot do anything with this. You can then always order new wallpaper but the costs are for you.
 
If you realise the mistake while the wallpaper is already on paper, we advise you to take it off as soon as possible. Unless you don't want to change it. We cannot refund any costs of the wallpaperers. The wallpaper always needs to be checked before starting the wallpapering process like stated in our terms and conditions. 
Please take a picture of the printing error and send it to [email protected] We will investigate the error and come back to you as soon as possible. If it is a printing error, we will print the wallpaper again and will send it to you free of charge.
 
If you realise the mistake while the wallpaper is already on paper, we advise you to take it off as soon as possible. Unless you don't want to change it. We cannot refund any costs of the wallpaperers. The wallpaper always needs to be checked before starting the wallpapering process like stated in our terms and conditions.
